The National Climate Change Competition (NCCC) 2013 is a competition that aims to garner short videos that inspire Singaporeans to take action for climate change.

Organised by the National Climate Change Secretariat (NCCS), and supported by the Ministry of Education (MOE), the National Youth Achievement Award Council (NYAA), and Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP), the competition aims to provide a platform for budding film makers and animators concerned with climate change to share their thoughts on the global challenge with a wider audience.

Through the competition, students can exercise their creativity through their interpretation of the competition theme, Be the Change. It Starts with You., while gaining understanding of climate change, its impact and the importance of individual actions to address the issue.
